Because each object is hand-poured in small batches, opened or used candles cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement.
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
